The virus can cause a range of symptoms, ranging from mild illness to pneumonia. Symptoms of the disease are fever, cough, sore throat and headaches. In severe cases difficulty in breathing and deaths can occur.
Most people who get COVID-19 recover from it. Most people who get COVID-19 have mild or moderate symptoms and can recover thanks to supportive care. If you have a cough, fever and difficulty breathing seek medical care early – call your health facility by telephone first.
As per instruction from the government, we will start to enforce Covid-19 Safety Guidelines to protect your all the attendees that come to worship with us. The church will, before any other measure, disinfect the compound using the disinfectant advised by the Ministry of Health. Soap to wash your hands will be available at the main entrance but you are also advised to carry sanitisers and wear a mask. You may also be subject to temperature checks at the gate.
Starting on the sabbath of 11th April 2020, we will be doing our quarterly discussions through Zoom. Each class shall coordinate with their respective tutor to know the starting times of the class.
Days Of Prayer
From March 27 – July 4, 2020 join believers all around the world in calling on Jesus in our urgent need!. Tanzania will also begin observing three-days of national prayers as COVID-19 infections continue to rise. President Magufuli asked every person of faith to pray for the country to overcome the pandemic that has infected more than two million people globally.
In Church Services To Begin
The President declared Tanzania free from the novel corona virus (COVID-19). During the swearing in of government officials, H.E John Pombe Magufuli stated that “We decided to pray to God and He answered our prayers.” This is great news for our church. For months we have been strictly observing the guidelines set out and this has reduced our physical membership drastically. Luckily, the church leadership along with their fellow members have been praying, fasting, singing and worshiping our Lord and Saviour, Jesus to provide us with a way to stay connected altogether. Through Zoom, we managed to conduct various sessions.
